1Acceptance of these Terms & eligibility

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you will follow them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for individual consumers. To use it, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.

2Definitions

Account

The personal account you register to access the Service.

Content

Any information, text, data, or material that is shown, stored, or processed through the Service.

User Content

Content that you provide, upload, or store using the Service, including the personal context you choose to save.

Connected Service

Any third-party product you choose to link to the Service, such as an AI client or a cloud storage provider.

OTP

A one-time passcode sent to your email address to confirm it is you when you log in.

3The Service & your account

The Service lets you store your own personal context and make it available to AI tools and other applications you choose to connect. The features may change over time as we improve the Service.

Registering and logging in

You register with your email address. Instead of a password, we send a one-time passcode (OTP) to that address; entering it confirms it is you. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone who can receive your OTP can sign in. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.

4Your obligations & acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:

• break any applicable law, or use the Service to help anyone else do so;
• upload or store Content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• upload Content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that you know to be false where it could mislead others;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or probe the Service or its security;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service except as the law expressly allows;
• use the Service to send spam, malware, or any malicious code; or
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organisation.

You are responsible for your User Content and for the activity that happens under your account.

5Intellectual property

Our rights

The Service itself - including its software, design, text, logos, and branding - belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own purposes, in line with these Terms. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.

Your User Content

You keep ownership of your User Content. To run the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and transmit your User Content - but only as needed to provide the Service to you (for example, to store your context and deliver it to the Connected Services you choose). We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and this licence ends when you delete the Content or close your account, except where we must briefly retain it to meet a legal obligation.

6Third-party services & links

The Service lets you connect to third-party products, such as AI clients and cloud storage providers, and may contain links to other websites. These Connected Services are operated by others, not by us. When you connect or follow a link, you do so under that third party's own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for Connected Services or third-party websites, and we do not control or endorse their content or conduct. Please review their terms before you rely on them. Sharing your context with a Connected Service is your choice and your responsibility.

7Fees & billing

The Service is offered on a Free tier and a paid Premium plan. The Free tier is provided at no cost, with usage limits. Premium is a paid subscription (currently 20 US dollars per month) that raises your project and storage limits; payment is processed by Stripe. Any paid features are clearly described and priced before you are asked to pay, and you will never be charged without first agreeing to the applicable fees. We may change our plans or pricing in the future, and if we do we will give you reasonable advance notice. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any Content (including responses produced by Connected AI services) will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes. You use the Service, and rely on any Content, at your own discretion.

9Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Singapore law - including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; and
• our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service and these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) SGD 100.

Where you use the Free tier and have paid us nothing, this cap operates at the fixed amount stated above.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your infringement of another person's rights. We will let you know promptly of any such claim and may, if we wish, take part in defending it.

11Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably need to in order to protect the Service or other users, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give you notice.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Any provisions that by their nature should survive - such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law - will continue to apply.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, give you notice (for example by email or within the Service). The updated Terms take effect on the stated effective date. If you continue to use the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms.

13Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of Singapore.

The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute. As an alternative, we may instead elect to have the dispute finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules then in force, with the seat of arbitration in Singapore and the proceedings conducted in English.

14Data protection

We handle your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it to understand your choices and rights.
